Sweet & Spicy Honey Roasted Pecans
- 2 cups halved pecans
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup raw honey, melted
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Whisk pecans, egg whites, honey, coconut sugar, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Once thoroughly combined and coated, pour onto baking sheet and smooth out pecans. Bake for about 10 minutes, then stir, and bake for another 10 minutes. Stir again, and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!!
