Paleo Rebel: Hey there, welcome to my blog! My name is Juliet! I'm a total foodie, coffee lover, and chocolate enthusiast! I live a balanced lifestyle; I believe that everything in moderation is key to a healthy life! I love my family, friends, animals, junk gypsy, country music, camping, cooking, and working out! “What does Paleo Rebel mean?” When I created this blog, I decided that the name Paleo Rebel perfectly described what my blog focuses on and shares; Healthy recipes! While I love the paleo lifestyle, I do not follow it strictly 100% of the time. The paleo diet includes excluding gluten, grains, and dairy. I believe that everything in moderation is key to a healthy life! Therefore, you will see some recipes include dairy, and grains, which are not considered paleo. I eat mainly gluten-free, unprocessed foods.
